These Terms & Conditions govern the operational and service-related text messages and notifications provided by Maui Pack and Ship.

SMS Consent & Opt-In

MPS Package Alerts™ requires your explicit, written consent before we send you any text messages. We do not send SMS notifications to any customer who has not actively opted in. Consent is never assumed, and consent checkboxes are never pre-selected on our forms.

To enroll in MPS Package Alerts™, every customer must actively acknowledge the consent statement above. Depending on how you sign up, that confirmation is captured as follows:

• Online enrollment form: a required consent checkbox appears directly next to the consent statement. The form cannot be submitted until you check the box, and the box is never pre-checked.
• Printable / paper membership form: a signature field and an initial field appear directly next to the consent statement. You must sign and initial by hand to confirm your consent.
• In-store or email enrollment: you must actively confirm your consent in writing — by signing and initialing the membership form in person, or by completing, signing, and returning the form to us — before enrollment is completed.

No text messages are sent until the applicable action above is completed. Enrolling in MPS Package Alerts™ is optional and is not required to use our packing, shipping, or mailbox services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.

Notification Services

By providing your phone number to Maui Pack and Ship, you agree to receive operational and service-related text messages from Maui Pack and Ship.

Types of Messages

Messages may include package arrival alerts, shipment updates, mailbox renewal reminders, business hour changes, and operational service notifications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the services requested by the customer.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Customers may opt out of text notifications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, customers will no longer receive text notifications unless they opt back in.

Service Limitations

Text notifications are provided as a courtesy service. Delivery timing may vary depending on carrier and network conditions. Maui Pack and Ship is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
