We obtain your explicit, written consent before sending any MPS Package Alerts™ text messages. We never send SMS notifications to a customer who has not actively opted in, consent is never assumed, and consent checkboxes are never pre-selected.

Every customer must actively acknowledge this statement to enroll. Consent is collected through each of our opt-in methods:

• Online enrollment form: a required consent checkbox next to the statement, which must be checked before the form can be submitted (never pre-checked).
• Printable / paper membership form: a signature field and an initial field next to the statement, completed by hand.
• In-store or email enrollment: the customer actively confirms consent in writing by signing and initialing the membership form before enrollment is completed.

No text messages are sent until this consent is given. Enrollment is optional, and you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

By providing your mobile phone number to Maui Pack and Ship, you consent to receive operational text messages related to services you request from us. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting Maui Pack and Ship directly.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Information Sharing

Maui Pack and Ship does not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may only be shared when necessary to complete shipping, mailing, payment processing, or legal compliance requirements.
