MPS Package Alerts™ provides active Maui Pack and Ship mailbox holders with an optional text notification after a package has been physically received, checked into the MPS system, and made ready for pickup.

Package Alerts do not provide carrier tracking or transit updates. The notification confirms that Maui Pack and Ship has checked in your package and it is ready to be picked up.

Package Alerts text messages are strictly limited to notifying an active mailbox holder that a package has been checked in by Maui Pack and Ship and is ready for pickup. They are not used for carrier tracking, delivery estimates, marketing, promotions, mailbox renewals, business-hour updates, mail-forwarding updates, or general announcements.

Package Alerts membership is $8.99 per month for active Maui Pack and Ship mailbox holders. Payment and account activation are completed separately with Maui Pack and Ship. No payment is collected through this webpage.

Carrier Tracking vs. MPS Check-In

Why Wait for an MPS Package Alert?

  • A carrier's tracking page may show "Delivered" before the package has been physically received and processed by Maui Pack and Ship.
  • Carrier tracking reflects information supplied by the carrier and may not match the package's actual check-in status at MPS.
  • A "Delivered" carrier status does not necessarily mean the package is available at the front counter.
  • Your MPS Package Alert confirms that our staff have received the package, checked it into the MPS system, and made it ready for pickup.
  • Please wait for the MPS Package Alert before coming to the store specifically to pick up the package.

MPS Package Alerts are separate from carrier tracking. The MPS notification is the confirmation that your package has been checked in and is ready for pickup.
